  • What are my options for postage?
    There are a range of postage options you can choose from, which is also calculated on the weight of your item(s), including UK and International delivery. Unfortunately, due to new GPSR shipping legislations, we are no longer able to ship directly to the EU or Northern Ireland. UK Delivery is FREE for orders over £250 (48hrs tracked) or £275 (24hr tracked)* For the majority of our items, we offer either 24 hour tracked delivery, or 48 hour tracked delivery, and you can receive tracking updates direct from Royal Mail, so please make sure you have provided us with either an email or mobile phone number to receive these. We will also let you know the tracking number when your glass art is dispatched. Postage is calculated based on weight, so combined postage will be automatically calculated at the checkout for you. We also offer free collection from our Keswick Studio by appointment, and local delivery along the A66 between Cockermouth and Penrith, and also South to Ambleside for a small fee. *T&Cs apply. Free delivery does not apply to items over 5kg, International orders or larger commission pieces such as windows or door panels.
  • Do you post Internationally?
    Yes! We can arrange for delivery worldwide. Options are available to choose at checkout for mainland Australia, USA, Canada and New Zealand customers. If your destination is not in these regions, please contact us directly via the 'contact us' button and we will provide you with a quote. Unfortunately, due to new government GPSR legislation introduced in December 2024, we are no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
  • Glass is fragile! How do you make sure it gets to me safely?
    We take extreme care in ensuring all our lovingly created pieces reach you safe and sound! Each item is double boxed, so comes in it's own branded presentation box, and
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we can ship directly to mainland Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. Simply select the appropriate delivery cost from the drop-down menu at checkout. Total postage is calculated based on weight, so if you have ordered multiple pieces, the website will combine them for you. Unfortunately, due to new government GPSR legislation introduced in December 2024, we can no longer ship to any countries in the EU, including Northern Ireland.
  • Glass is fragile! How do you make sure it gets to me safely?
    We take every care in ensuring your glass art gets to you safely, through the courier and method we use to the way we pack the pieces, keeping in line with our values of optimizing sustainability and reusable/recycled packaging where possible. We also ensure each package has adequate insurance, should the unthinkable happen! All parcels (unless otherwise stated on the listing) are sent out with Royal Mail, via 24-hour or 48-hour tracked delivery. We do this via their 'Click and collect' service, so we can guarantee the item has been collected safely and is on its way to you! We have found this method to be consistently reliable and our local sorting office knows us well now and that we are shipping something special. Depending on the size of your item, it will arrive classed as a small or medium parcel. This means that we can 'double box' all our items to provide them with that extra safety. Each piece is individually gift boxed, before being placed in the larger mailing box where it will be surrounded by packing materials which we have recycled from our own deliveries or that we have sourced from sustainable/recycled sources. We may have used bubble wrap, but it is wrap that is either made from recycled material or has been reused! We also use shredded paper, biodegradable packing peanuts (which can be placed in your local recycling), or repurposed wool insulation.
